Starting a new challenge

So what sort of challenge is this? If you follow me on Instagram you might know that I like yoga challenges. For those of you who are not familiar with these, they are challenges where you do a different given (often quite difficult) yoga pose every day and post a picture of yourself.

This is not really very yogic in itself you might say and slightly narcissistic to be honest but what it does it makes you do yoga everyday! Of course it also feeds your ego which we’re are not trying to do in yoga but I have to say that I enjoy a challenge and I enjoy getting new inspiration so why not?!

Here is a handstand challenge I did last year to give you an idea what I’m talking about!

I have to say that the last yoga challenge which I did, has really tested me physically and I don’t think I can continue standing on my head every single day and take a picture of that at the same time (that is actually the real challenge!) so I’ve decided to do a different kind of challenge this month:

Sark eMedia’s 30 day business blogging challenge! I came across Sarah Arrow and her blog on Periscope a few months ago and I loved her blogging and online business tips! I love writing and as I was busy setting up my yoga business in the last few months I have to admit that I neglected the blog quite a bit so decided that it’s time to get back into it!

My very supportive husband also recently mentioned that he is missing reading my blog posts – he likes to quote me on what I’ve written I think… Anyway I take this as a huge complement as he generally doesn’t read that much and it has given me the nudge to get back into posting more regularly on the Yogaberry blog!

So this post is basically a warning of what is to come: I’m going to post something (hopefully good) for 30 consecutive days starting today!

Here, I said it which means I have to do it as well! Risky… I know… but I can always take this post down! It’s my blog! I can do what I want to, right?

As usual I will write about family life, about yoga and how to combine the two! I’m sure I will run out of steam at some stage so any encouragement and questions (they help me to write new blog posts) will always be extremely well received!
