You want to do something for your scoliosis. But what should you actually do?

Maybe you’ve been told to strengthen your core, improve your posture or simply “keep moving.”

Perhaps you’ve tried yoga or Pilates, searched for exercises online or followed along with YouTube videos.

But when you have scoliosis, there’s often another question running through your mind:

Is this actually right for my back?

Should you stretch more? Strengthen more? Avoid certain movements? Do something differently because of your scoliosis?

And the more you search, the more complicated it can start to feel.

Love Your Spine gives you a clear programme to follow.

For 21 days, I’ll guide you through a carefully selected range of movements that I use again and again in my work with people with scoliosis and spinal fusion.

You don’t need to choose from hundreds of exercises.

You don’t need to understand every detail of your curve before you begin.

And you don’t need to spend an hour on the mat every day.

I’ll show you what to do, and we’ll build it up together.

Scoliosis-specific doesn’t have to mean complicated

With scoliosis, a general yoga or Pilates class can sometimes leave you wondering whether you should be doing things differently.

But that doesn’t mean every movement needs to become complicated either.

Love Your Spine sits somewhere in between.

It gives you more specialist guidance than a general exercise class, without turning every movement into something technical or overwhelming.

You’ll be learning from a teacher who specialises in scoliosis and understands the questions and challenges that can come with moving with a curved or fused spine.

I’ve chosen the movements with those bodies in mind and I’ll give you options and guidance where appropriate.

The aim isn’t to make you worry more about how you move. It’s to help you move with more confidence.

A little each day can go a long way

Love Your Spine is designed to fit into real life.

Some days you’ll learn a new movement and practise something you’ve already learned.

On other days, you can simply press play and follow me through a guided practice.

And rest is part of the programme too.

There are opportunities to repeat, pause and slow down... — because looking after your body isn’t about maintaining a perfect 21-day streak.

Miss a day? Just continue where you left off.

Learn → Practise → Repeat → Rest

Over the 21 days, you’ll…

Move your spine and body in different ways

Explore carefully selected movements for mobility and ease, rather than simply doing more stretching.

Build strength and support

Gradually introduce exercises for your core, hips, legs and upper body to help you feel stronger and more supported.

Learn movements you can return to

Instead of collecting endless exercises, you’ll build a useful repertoire and become more familiar with what you’re doing.

Practise with me

Three guided practices bring the movements together, so there are days when you don’t need to think about what comes next — just press play.

Make space for conscious rest

You’ll also explore Savasana and rest as a valuable part of caring for your body, rather than something you only do when you’ve finished the “real” exercise.

Build confidence in your choices

By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of which movements feel useful for you and how to put together a simple practice.

By the end of the 21 days, you’ll have something much more useful than another list of exercises:

A manageable collection of movements and practices you know and can come back to.

Is Love Your Spine for you?

Love Your Spine could be a good fit if…

✓ You want to get stronger and move more confidently with scoliosis, but you’re not sure which exercises to focus on.

✓ You want movement that’s been chosen with scoliosis or spinal fusion in mind, rather than following a general class and wondering whether you should be doing things differently.

✓ You want to learn from someone who specialises in scoliosis and understands the questions that come with exercising with a curved or fused spine.

✓ You want scoliosis-specific guidance without making movement overly complicated. You don’t want to spend every practice worrying about whether you’re doing everything perfectly.

✓ You want something practical and manageable. You can find 5–10 minutes, but you don’t necessarily want another big commitment in your life.

✓ You’d rather have a clear plan than another huge library of exercises. You want to open today’s lesson and know what to do.

Yoga & Pilates for Scoliosis Teacher

About Me

I’m Christine Jaureguiberry, a Senior Yoga Teacher, Pilates teacher and specialist Yoga for Scoliosis teacher. I’m also the author of Yoga with Scoliosis – Your Guide to Confident Movement, and I’ve lived with scoliosis myself since my teens.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people with many different curves, bodies and movement histories through my classes, courses and SHINE membership.

And one thing I’ve learned is that more exercises aren’t necessarily the answer.

What matters is having useful movements, understanding how to practise them and finding a realistic way to actually do them.

That’s why Love Your Spine focuses on a carefully chosen range of movements, rather than adding more simply for the sake of variety.

I’ve selected movements I come back to again and again in my own teaching and brought them together into a simple 21-day structure you can actually follow.

A few questions you might have

Do I have to practise every day?

No. The 21-day structure is there to make it easier to follow, not to give you another thing to fail at.

If you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off. There’s no need to double up or start again.

I’ve had spinal fusion. Can I do the programme?

Yes, Love Your Spine has been created with both scoliosis and spinal fusion in mind.

That said, every fusion is different, so work within your own comfortable range and use the options provided. If you have ongoing pain, recent surgery or specific medical concerns, check with your healthcare professional before starting.

What equipment will I need?

You’ll need a yoga mat, a yoga belt or strap, and a block.

A resistance band and light weights are optional for some exercises.

For the supported relaxation practices, you may also want a few blankets, a bolster or cushion, and an eye pillow — but you can use whatever you already have at home.

When does my 21-day programme start?

You get access to Love Your Spine as soon as you purchase.

When you’re ready to begin, you’ll be able to start your 21-day email guidance so that the daily emails begin when you’re ready, rather than automatically on the day you buy.

What happens after the 21 days?

You can continue using Love Your Spine throughout the remainder of your access.

Repeat the programme, return to individual movements or use the guided practices whenever you’d like some structure. You’ll also be able to download and keep your printable practice sheets.

How much time will this take?

Most days take around 5–10 minutes. Some individual movement days may be shorter, while the guided practices may be a little longer.

Do I need to know what type of scoliosis I have?

No. You don’t need to know your curve type to use Love Your Spine.

The programme isn’t based on following different exercises for different curve patterns. Instead, I’ll guide you through a carefully chosen range of movements and encourage you to notice what feels useful for your own body.

Is Love Your Spine individually tailored to my curve?

No. Love Your Spine has been created specifically with scoliosis and spinal fusion in mind, but it isn’t an individually prescribed programme.

Every body and every scoliosis is different. I’ll give you clear guidance and options where appropriate, without expecting you to analyse every detail of your curve before you can get moving.

How long do I have access?

The £19 option gives you 90 days’ access from the date of purchase.

If you’d prefer permanent access, you can upgrade to lifetime access for £99.

A note about individualisation

Love Your Spine has been created specifically with scoliosis and spinal fusion in mind, but it isn’t individually prescribed for your particular curve and isn’t a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Love Your Spine provides general movement and educational guidance and is not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please work within your own abilities and seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you have concerns about exercising.
