Time for a practice that serves YOU?

Yoga is an individual practice which should be completely tailored to what your body and your mind need at this very moment. It is great to practice in a group and experience the connection and energy of everyone on the room but sometimes we just need to connect with our own, very individual needs—especially when it comes to scoliosis.

What's Included in a 1:1 Session?

During your first session we will go through your medical history in detail and will set specific goals. After an initial assessment we will get started with the practice and finish each session with a summary of what to practice before we see each other again.

To get the most of our time together and see results it is important to work consistently which is why the packages below are valid for a limited time only. We will work on the most beneficial yoga poses for your curve pattern and create a tailor made practice which you will be able to continue on your own.

The class can take place in the comfort of your own home via zoom or at my home in New Malden, Surrey.

I have had a significant scoliosis since I was a teenager, but until very recently was lucky not to have suffered any pain, probably because I have always exercised a great deal. Recently, however, following an injury, my lower back had become very painful and was making some of my favourite activities difficult. I learned about Christine and sought her support in managing my pain and finding some new strategies to help me live with my scoliosis.


Christine taught me some poses which have almost completely eliminated my pain, and even better, she has provided a variety of exercises to increase my strength and improve my alignment in a way that is harmonious with my specific curve.


Her knowledge about scoliosis and yoga is extensive and I am grateful for her help.
