Can yoga improve scoliosis? What do we need to be aware of when practising yoga with scoliosis? What are the benefits of yoga and how can we practice safely with scoliosis?
Join me for this full day workshop to explore the benefits of yoga for scoliosis. Maximum of 12 participants will leave lots of time and space for questions and to help you develop your personalised home practice.
In this workshop you will learn:
- how to modify your movement practice for scoliosis
- how to manage symptoms of pain and discomfort
- do's and don'ts for scoliosis
- Yoga & Pilates exercises appropriate for Scoliosis
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
