Mondays, 8-9pm : Mindful Yoga Flow - online & in person

A great way to de-stress after a long day on the go, be it at work or at home. In this faster-paced class, we seamlessly flow through our yoga poses, focusing on correct alignment and technique and attempting some of the more challenging yoga postures.
Wednesdays, 2pm : Yoga for Scoliosis - online only
Your body changes with age. This class features gentle yoga moves to help you balance and restore your body's health and general well-being.
Fridays, 9.45-10.45am : Hatha Yoga - online only
Start the day feeling calm and energised, ready to tackle whatever comes next. This yoga class is suitable for all levels - we focus on alignment and intelligent movement. A great way to usher in the weekend!
