Yoga for Beginners – Part 2

I’m still learning, there are lots of things to improve but I’m really enjoying the process and invite you to come with me on this journey!

I can tell you that I’ve had many challenges (microphone not working, wrong angle of the camera, mistakes during editing etc etc etc). I’m not looking to create something perfect – if that’s even possible – what I’d like to bring across is that you don’t need the perfect space, time or body to do yoga.

All you need is yourself and a little bit of motivation. And the latter is what I’d like to help you with in my very own imperfect way!

What I’d like to show you today is the second part of my four part beginner’s series. If you are a complete beginner then this will give you an overview of some of the basic yoga poses and get you started with a simple home practice!

In part 1 we had a look at Childspose, Cat Cow Pose, Downward Dog, Cobra Pose and Savasana. In this part we’re looking at Mountain Pose, triangle Pose, Warrior 1 and Tree Pose which will set you up for a balanced practice.

Hope you find this useful and as usual let me know if you have any feedback!

Enjoy and don’t forget to subscribe at the end 🙂
