So here is the fourth and final part to my little beginner’s series which is meant to give you a little introduction to yoga and help you get started with your own home practice.

In part 4 I’m guiding you through a gently evening practice which is suitable for all levels. It’s about 30 minutes long and perfect to do just before going to bed 🙂
