About me
When I was in my late teens and early twenties, I suffered from a lot of back pain related so uneven hips and left lumbar scoliosis.
After years of trying out different treatment therapies I found yoga to be the approach that had the biggest effect – not only physically but also emotionally and mentally. I had finally found something that could help me feel strong and in control of my own well-being.
My mission as a yoga teacher is to help you experience the benefits of yoga for yourself, to help you to improve your posture, relieve pain and improve your quality of life.
I believe that yoga is for everyone and every spine — no matter the shape! With self-compassion, curiosity and commitment we can achieve the transformation that we are looking for.
