I have been neglecting my blog a little bit I have to say… but it’s all for a good cause as I’m preparing for my final exam and am hoping (finger’s crossed!) to be a fully qualified Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher in a weeks time!
So my Captured Moment for this week are a few pictures taken a couple of days ago when little Leo woke up at about 9 in the evening and decided it was much more fun to help mummy with her studying rather than staying in bed!

My Yoga Teacher training course with Claire Weatherley has been quite a journey! Just less than 6 months ago I was struggling to teach a bit of yoga to my mum and now I’ve got a regular group class of about 10 people which I have been teaching since February and another one starting in September!
I have learned about anatomy, breathing techniques, chakras, ayurveda, yoga nidra, kirtan, mudras and much more but most importantly I learned how to teach yoga to others which has been a dream of mine for a long time! The thing with yoga is the more you study the more you realise how little you know so I’m excited to continue with this life-long journey!

It’s not always easy of course to keep up with my own practice and everything around setting up a yoga business while taking care of two little kids but I love it! As for the exam I would have loved to study and practiced a bit more (I have to teach a 90 minute class and pass a written exam) but I’m just going to have to trust the universe that everything will be fine and as it should be!
Sometimes the universe might need a little bit of help though so wish me luck!!!!

Aww, bless. So cute that he’s ‘helping’ you to study. Good luck on your exam!
Thank you!
Now that’s dedication!! I’m not sure I could concentrate on reading with a little cutie on my lap. Bless him for wanting to ‘help’ though. All the best with your exams!! Thanks for linking up to #MyCapturedMoment xxx
Well done for being able to study with a toddler! He looks so pleased to be colouring your book instead of his! #mycapturedmoment
Thank you! Definitely seems to be much more interesting!
