That’s completely normal — life happens! Your plan is designed to fit into your schedule, and we’ll adjust it together if things feel overwhelming.
A mat is plenty to start. If we use small props (bands, blocks, etc.), I’ll suggest affordable options.
Absolutely. Many clients start with 4 months and then extend once they see their progress.
All sessions are online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. If we meet in person (optional, if local), the structure is the same.
