I’m joining the Mumpreneurs Big Bus Tour!

I’m really excited to join the Mumpreneurs Networking Club Big Bus Tour as one of their bloggers this year! 

The bus will be in Kingston on Tuesday the 17th May from 10am to 4pm, open to anyone (it’s free but you need to register) and will be like a pop-up business centre with experts giving small business owners advice on things like social media strategy, vlogging and much more.


Having set up my own business last year I understand how important networking with other businesses in your local area is. Not only for creating opportunities and visibility but most importantly for support! I love going to the meetings of my local group North Kingston Mums in Business and find it so valuable to talk to mums in a similar situation. 

In my post How to find your passion and conquer the world I’ve written about my journey to self-employment. Going from a secure and well paid job in Sales & Marketing to being a yoga teacher was not an easy decision! Combining setting up and running a business while looking after a family is not easy… Constantly staying self motivated is not easy…

But honestly being my own boss and completely working for myself and my family has been the best decision I’ve ever made! 

The Mumpreneurs Networking Club Big Bus Tour (#MNCBusTour if you want to join the Twitter chat) is a great chance for local mumpreneurs and dadpreneurs to connect with like minded people, learn new business skills and make valuable local business connections!
