My captured moment – Fun in the sand dunes

The pictures were taken during our holiday in Fuerteventura this year. Not far from where we stayed there were these beautiful white powder sand dunes and we decided to have a little bit of fun there one afternoon. The kids loved running around, throwing themselves in the sand, rolling like a log and just playing!

I thought it would be a good photo opportunity to take some yoga pictures with the kids but found out very quickly that a) the kids had much better things to do and b) yoga in deep sand is really difficult!

In the end it was great just to have lots of fun together and take some family photos!

I also discovered that white sand dunes are not the best background colour for Leo’s white blond hair and my really white legs… Definitely need some fake tan next time!

  1. These are such beautiful sunny pictures, just what I needed to see on such a damp dreary day here in London. They’ve really brightened my day! Your yoga moves always amaze me too, I wish I could get into it all. You’re such a beautiful family!

Thanks for linking up to My Captured Moment hon xx

  2. The fact that you make it look so easy balancing on your head in the sand whilst your children play around you made me laugh. And you do make it look easy!

The beach looks beautiful; sandy and almost empty. Perfect!
