Recognised by Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) as a Senior Yoga Teacher, Christine is also certified to teach yoga to children and specialise in Yoga for Scoliosis, learning from respected mentors Adelene Cheong and Elise Browning Miller. Additionally, she is trained as an APPI Pilates instructor, enhancing her holistic approach to wellness.
Beyond her individual practice, Christine collaborates closely with leading experts in scoliosis management, including Schroth Therapists and healthcare professionals. She remains steadfast in her commitment to explore the forefront of scoliosis research and emerging trends, ensuring that her offerings are consistently informed by the latest developments and insights in the field.
She is a mother of two and lives in Chertsey, UK where she continues to teach Yoga & Pilates in person and online.
