Bath-time fun with Professor Scrubbington – Review & Giveaway

There are usually a few meltdowns (either Mummy or the kids or both) BUT what a relief when we get to 6pm which is bath-time in our house!! All of the sudden everyone is happy again. Yes ok there might be fights over who gets in the bath first and who can play with which duck but generally it’s a good time!

Professor Scrubbington’s products are a new discovery for us and we’d like to tell you a little bit more about them because not only do they make sure your kids are clean and smell lovely but they also make a beautiful gift!

Professor Scrubbington’s Emporium of Clean is the brainchild of two mums who put a lot of thought, effort and research into designing products which are good for the skin and meet the needs of independent kids who want to clean themselves!

So what’s so magic about them? Well they are all magically foaming (except for the deodorant… that would be strange) which means they don’t slip out of your kids’ hands! They are all natural (lots of Aloe Vera) and all ingredients are listed and explained on the website which I think is a great idea!

I have got an independent 3 year old who loves anything that she can do herself so these products are perfect for us. Our favourite ones of the range are definitely the Hand & Face Wash and the Shampoo and Conditioner!

We love the pump dispenser bottle and the magic foam of course!

Washing hair is always a tricky one because Mummy still has to help with this one. The foam Shampoo definitely makes it easier for her to wash her hair and there haven’t been any tears because of product in her eyes! I love that the smell and the bottles are gender neutral because this house definitely contains way too much pink princess stuff!

Do make sure you read the instruction before opening the bottle! Remember that it has been designed by a nutty professor so a lot of thought has gone into the packaging! It’s not a screw cap! You have to pull it out and then give the bottle a firm squirt. Once you’ve mastered this technique (which my 3 year old was able to do much better than me) you are good to go!

We have a little bit of a thing for conditioner because my little girl has very fine hair that gets tangled really easily. This one has definitely passed the “comb-through-wet-hair” challenge. It also doesn’t leave a slimy film that a lot of conditioners do!

I want to wash my own hair!
And I can also rinse it by myself!
