About Me

I had been suffering from back ache since I was a teenager. Due to my left lumbar scoliosis I spent a lot of time (and money) seeing physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors. I was hoping that they would "fix" me! I found those therapies to be helpful but nothing created a lasting effect. 

Yoga and Pilates changed all of that for me and I made it my mission to pass on the benefits to others going through the same thing. I'm a certified Yoga for Scoliosis teacher (studying with teachers such as Elise Miller Browning and Judith Hanson Lasater), and APPI Pilates instructor and  I have taught hundreds of students from all over the world and of all ages who suffer from scoliosis.
