You’re not alone in feeling this way

If you’ve ever felt unsure about what’s right for your body, you’re not alone.

With scoliosis, general advice often doesn’t work.
What helps one person can feel completely wrong for someone else.

That’s why it can feel confusing — and sometimes frustrating — trying to figure it out on your own.

Your movement needs to be informed, supportive, and adapted to you — not one-size-fits-all.

You can start gently with the free yoga routine above whenever you’re ready.

Hi, I'm Christine

I’m a yoga and Pilates teacher specialising in scoliosis and spinal fusion — and I have scoliosis myself.

My work is about helping you move safely, build strength, and feel more confident — without constantly second guessing yourself.

After years of trying different approaches, yoga was what helped me feel strong and connected to my body again.

That experience shaped how I support others today.

I help you to:

  • Improve posture and spinal awareness
  • Relieve pain safely
  • Build confidence in how you move

I believe that yoga and Pilates are for every body and every spine.

With curiosity, self-compassion and the right guidance, meaningful change is possible.

You’re not the only one who’s felt this way

Many of the people I work with started exactly where you are now.

“I now feel like I can work with my body instead of against it.”

Gaynor

“I feel much clearer about what works for my body and what feels right.”

Johanna

“I’m experiencing less pain and feel more in control of my body.”

Christa

A different way to approach movement with scoliosis

If you’ve tried to “just stretch more” or follow general advice, you might have noticed it doesn’t always feel right.

That’s because scoliosis isn’t just about tightness or weakness — it’s about patterns in the body that need a more thoughtful approach.

My work focuses on helping you:

  • Create space where your body feels compressed
  • Build strength and support where it’s needed
  • Move in a way that feels safe, balanced, and sustainable

So instead of second-guessing every movement, you can start to feel more confident in your body again.

This is the same approach I use in my teaching — supporting you step by step so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
