Helena is a movement enthusiast based in London. From a very young age, Helena trained to become a professional dancer and has been lucky enough to work in the industry behind camera and on stage. Coming from such a movement based background, it wasn't long before Helena fell in love with yoga and barre fitness. She loves spreading the joy of movement to all bodies, as she herself understands exactly how valuable it is. Despite being diagnosed with scoliosis at 14 years old, this never prevented her from pursuing her goals. Helena now runs her own online business, teaching a variety of classes from yoga, to meditation, to barre.
