You might or might not have gotten any guidance for your movement practice after surgery but I am here to support you. 


With spinal fusion we want to especially look after the segments below and above the fusion and keep them strong and resiliant!

After contacting Christine we had an initial one to one assessment where she looked at my latest MRI scans and we carefully went through a few positions. All of this was online and we had many discussions regarding camera angles and the best way to see every movement.


We have been working together for a little over four months and to be completely honest – yoga has changed my life. I have a few mini practices and go through these daily. My pain has reduced from 9/10 to a possible 1-2/10 and some days I am pain free.

I wanted to be more proactive in looking after my scoliosis and having tried Yoga some years ago thought it would be a good way to go. I wanted to get some input from a teacher with knowledge and experience of the condition and was pleased to find Christine's details online.


The initial 90 minute assessment and lesson was great. Christine took the time to ask about the pattern of my scoliosis and any problems it has been causing me, then showed me some poses that I would find beneficial. With a condition like scoliosis it really helps to have a programme tailored to the individual's needs, as no two cases will be the same. I should also add that she made me feel immediately at ease and that it was fun!
